YBY Beauty is looking for Seasonal Sales Assistants to join our Dublin retail team during the busy Christmas and holiday period.
This is a temporary, customer-facing role supporting our stores during one of the busiest times of the year.
You’ll help customers find the right products and gifts, provide a friendly and welcoming shopping experience, keep the shop floor organised and well stocked, and support the wider team during peak trading periods.
We’re looking for reliable, proactive and confident people who enjoy working with customers and are comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in store.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Help customers choose products and gifts during the holiday season.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
- Support sales and store targets during peak trading periods.
- Process purchases accurately at the till.
- Replenish shelves and ensure products remain available throughout the day.
- Keep displays, shelves and the shop floor organised and well presented.
- Support Christmas promotions, offers, campaigns and in-store activations.
- Assist with stock organisation and general store operations when required.
- Help manage busy periods, customer queues and increased store traffic.
- Work collaboratively with the wider YBY Beauty team.
- Follow store procedures and operational standards.

Desirable, but not essential
- Previous retail or sales experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Previous seasonal or Christmas retail experience.
- Experience or interest in beauty, haircare or cosmetics.
- Familiarity with textured, curly or coily haircare products.
