We’re looking for a reliable and organised person to support stock operations across our Dublin stores. The role includes receiving deliveries, stock organisation, replenishment, transfers between stores, online order fulfilment, parcel dispatch and occasional customer-facing retail support.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries
• Organise and maintain stock areas
• Pick and pack online orders
• Replenish products on the shop floor
• Support stock transfers between stores
• Assist with stock counts
• Take parcels for dispatch
• Support customers and the sales team when required

What we're looking for

• Reliable and organised.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Able to perform the essential physical tasks involved in receiving, organising and moving stock, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when picking and packing customer orders.
• Comfortable working across both Dublin stores.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting the retail team when needed.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and follow operational procedures.
• Flexible and willing to support different areas of the business when required.

Desirable, but not essential

• Previous stockroom, warehouse or inventory experience.
• Previous retail experience.
• Previous picking and packing / e-commerce fulfilment experience.
• Experience with stock counts or inventory management.
• Interest in beauty, haircare or retail.
