PICK UP

Free Collection

Enjoy Free Collection on purchases at our store at Jervis Shopping Centre (Unit 6A, Jervis Shopping Centre, 125 Abbey Street Upper, North City, Dublin, D01 W3X5, Irlanda). For further information on how to collect your parcel, please contact us at sales@ybybeauty.com.

Note we hold your order for maximum of 14 days from purchase date. Fail in collecting your order within 14 days of purchase date we will send you 3 reminders and then cancel your order with no refund.

Ireland Delivery

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday.

Items in stock are usually delivered within 3-10 working days (order before 1pm). However, please allow for 10 working days. Deliveries rarely take longer than 5 working days but unfortunately longer delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Standard Delivery: it is not insured, you can track your order online. Delivered within 3-10 working days.

Registered Delivery: Secure Delivery, High Quality Post, Track your order online, Signature & Proof of Delivery. Delivered within 1-5 working days.

Please contact us at sales@ybybeauty.com if you are experiencing delays with your order.

We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. During Bank Holiday periods please allow an extra day for delivery.

Deliveries are carried out by An Post or Private Couriers.

If you are not present at the time of delivery;

An Post will try to deliver to the address at least once. If there is no one available to accept the parcel, they will leave you a notice explaining how to get it. Your options include collecting the parcel or having it redelivered to another address. For further information please visit https://www.anpost.com/Help.
Private Couriers will attempt a second delivery at a later time. They will try to contact you via phone to agree a time to accept delivery. If you are not present at the time of second delivery attempt, then you will be charged €6.50 for next delivery attempt.

**EU Delivery

Delivery to EU Member States usually take 5-10 days.

Delivery to EU Member States* containing liquids usually take 5-15 days but can take longer. If your order contains liquids please contact us by e-mail sales@ybybeauty.com

During Bank Holiday periods please allow an extra day for delivery.

Deliveries are carried out by DPD or DHL.

*We deliver liquids only to the following EU Member States: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia and Spain.

Clearance products are not available for EU delivery except Ireland.

Minimum liquid orders for EU Delivery is €35.
