• Usage Authorization: The participant grants Yby Beauty the right to use the posted content for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
• Content Responsibility: The video must be original, adhere to TikTok guidelines, and must not contain offensive or third-party content without permission.
• Eligibility: Only public posts that include the hashtag #DiscoverYbyBeauty and tag Yby Beauty will be considered valid.
• Disqualification: Deleted or edited posts that remove the required tag may result in losing the right to receive the free gift and participate in the contest.
• Selection of the Best Videos: The winning videos will be chosen by Yby Beauty’s internal jury based on creativity, engagement, production quality, and brand connection. The final decision will be announced on April 19th and will be final.
